Survey on using Common Platform (defence practitioners)

HMCTS and MoJ are seeking defence practitioners’ views on the new digital systems (Common Platform and the Single Justice Service) now in use in Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.

They have commissioned a confidential, 15-minute online survey, to better understand what defence practitioners think of the new digital systems and identify any opportunities for improvement.

The survey will run until Friday 18^th September. All defence practitioners working within the Crown Courts and/or Magistrates’ Courts who have used Common Platform in the last 6 months are eligible to take part.
