We have been contacted by Claire Davies, leader of the South Eastern Circuit, who has confirmed that following sustained efforts by herself and many others, the old CPS room at Thames Magistrates’ Court is now open for use by all defence advocates.

Given that the previous advocates’ room at Thames did not have a roof, we are sure this news will be warmly welcomed by all.
