Gove offers to suspend legal aid fee cut
PUBLISHED September 18, 2015Lord Chancellor Michael Gove has offered to suspend the government's latest cut to legal aid fees, it emerged tonight. However he will withdraw the gesture should criminal defence solicitors resume their nationwide boycott in protest at the Ministry of Justice's reforms.
