Home Office avoids £224m penalty over cancelled e-borders IT contract
PUBLISHED February 20, 2015Theresa May has won an appeal against an order to pay £224 million for the unlawful cancellation of a Home Office contract after a judge found “serious irregularity” in the original Arbitration Tribunal hearing.
