Angry barristers to strike as ‘significant’ legal aid cuts are confirmed
PUBLISHED February 28, 2014Time-wasting in criminal trials is to be investigated by the judge who inquired into press standards as ministers yesterday announced that they will press ahead with deep and “significant” cuts in legal aid.
