[2001] EWCA Crim 1114

A sentence of three years' imprisonment for conspiracy to facilitate the entry of illegal immigrants failed adequately to distinguish between the role played by the appellant and that played by the ringleader of the operation, and was therefore quashed and substituted with a term of two-and-a-half years' imprisonment.
