[2011] EWHC 4 (QB)

The claimant's arrest on suspicion of committing a crime of harassment was lawful as was her subsequent detention; the arresting officer's evidence was accepted that, in light of background information available to her, she had suspected that a crime of harassment had been committed and she had reasonable grounds for suspecting that the claimant had committed it.
