Pubs and clubs to face closure in rape crackdown
PUBLISHED October 10, 2012Police in the country's biggest force are to use the licensing laws to shut down pubs and clubs where high levels of rape and sexual assaults take place as part of a radical attempt to create a hostile environment for rapists.
