Lindsay Sandiford loses funding bid
PUBLISHED July 21, 2014A British woman on death row in Indonesia lost an appeal to the Supreme Court challenging the government's policy not to fund legal representation for Britons charged abroad.
Dismissing Lindsay Sandiford's appeal, the court called for an urgent review of the policy as it applies to her.
