Miranda Barbour looks much like you'd expect any 19-year-old young American woman to: she has long, slightly lank, dark hair. She wears frameless glasses and, while petite, has what look like the remnants of puppy fat. From just looking at her picture, you wouldn't guess she's a self-professed Satan worshipper who could be America's most prolific female serial killer.
