TSol signs up to diversity

PUBLISHED February 3, 2014

Paul Jenkins, permanent secretary at the Treasury Solicitor's Office (TSol), added his signature to the Law Society's Diversity and Inclusion Charter last week.

TSol, the UK's largest in-house legal department, is the 400th signatory to the charter and the first government department on the list. Jenkins said: 'Diversity and inclusion is a priority for us. We cannot reasonably advise on legislation and laws that directly affect people if we are not representative of those people.'
