The airwaves are full of sound and fury over the decision by Charlie Hebdo to carry on defying Islamic sensibilities. The fact that the cover of its "survivors'" edition reaffirms its determination to depict the Muslim Prophet is producing an interestingly varied reaction. Unfortunately much of the argument is being conducted at cross purposes.
