Trials halted after barristers walk out over cuts to legal aid
PUBLISHED January 7, 2014Hundreds of trials were disrupted yesterday when lawyers staged an unprecedented walkout over cuts to legal aid amid warnings that the Government?s reforms could see murderers, rapists and paedophiles walk free as a result.
