The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, held, where a defendant had been convicted of terrorist offences for uploading on the internet videos showing attacks on military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, that those who attacked military forces in Afghanistan or Iraq, with the requisite intention set out in the Terrorism Act 2000, were terrorists and were not exempt from criminal prosecution.
