Suspected terrorists who brought proceedings for abuse of process relating to the manner in which they had been removed from Somaliland to the United Kingdom and were then made subject to control orders and terrorism prevention and investigation measures were entitled to see the Home Secretary’s objections to their case for alleged collusion and mistreatment in their removal.
