For a person to be found guilty of an offence under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 s.328(1), namely of entering into an arrangement which he knew or suspected facilitated the acquisition of criminal property by or on behalf of another person, that other person had to be identified or at least identifiable at the moment of the arrangement.
