Spy agency lawyers agree not to read intercepted emails in torture case
PUBLISHED February 11, 2014Lawyers for Britain's intelligence agencies have given an undertaking that they would not read any intercepted communications between a pair of Libyan rendition victims and their British legal team, but declined to say whether emails and telephone conversations had been examined in the past.
