Snoopers’ Charter is wrong – rewrite it, judges tell ministers
PUBLISHED July 21, 2015Controversial data-snooping laws rushed through at the end of the last parliament will have to be rewritten after two MPs and other campaigners won a High Court ruling that they are unlawful.
