A residential property had been acquired by the proceeds of drug dealing and was recoverable property under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. The interest of a joint owner in the property did not fall within the exception to recoverability under s.308 of the Act, as it was not obtained in good faith, for value and without notice that it was recoverable property.
