Scrap Euro arrest warrant and murderers would escape justice, DPP warns
PUBLISHED February 6, 2013The UK?s crime-fighting ability would be seriously hampered if ministers go ahead and opt out of the European Arrest Warrant and other cross-border measures, the Director of Public Prosecutions warned today.
