It was inappropriate to interfere with a trial judge's decision to stay proceedings relating to alleged offences of money laundering where he had concluded that a fair trial was not possible on the ground that undue delay had created incurable prejudice in an examination of the defendant's case and where he had accurately stated the principles upon which he should act and explained the basis for his decision.
