It was permissible for findings in care proceedings that the child's father constituted a considerable risk to children to be disclosed to the father's housing association landlord where there was "real and cogent evidence of a pressing need" for such disclosure. The disclosure had to be limited to what was necessary to achieve the legitimate aim of preventing crime and assisting in the protection of children.
