In accordance with the established law, a receiver, who was appointed by the court to manage the assets of a person, who had been charged with an offence, was entitled to be paid out of the receivership assets despite the fact that the person was ultimately acquitted of the offence and there was no provision as to costs at the time the order was discharged.
