[2011] EWCA Crim 3246
Concurrent sentences of four years' imprisonment imposed for making threats to kill, common assault and theft were unduly lenient. The sentencing judge had acted on wholly wrong principles in considering whether the offender was dangerous. A sentence of imprisonment for public protection with a minimum term of two years was appropriate.
