In confiscation proceedings, there was insufficient evidence to justify the conclusion that the criminal proceeds of a conspiracy had been obtained and held jointly by all the conspirators. It was therefore appropriate to determine the benefit accruing to an offender from his criminal conduct by determining the sum accruing jointly to the co-conspirators and dividing it equally between them.
