[2009] EWCA Crim 1037

A four-month detention and training order imposed following a guilty plea to an offence of threatening behaviour was quashed and a 12-month supervision order substituted where the 16-year-old offender had played a limited role in the incident and the pre-sentence report revealed that a supervision order previously imposed for a separate offence had had a positive effect on his behaviour.
