The defendant's conviction for providing immigration advice and services when not qualified to do so was safe as letters, from a witness to a third party, regarding whether the defendant was supervised and permitted to give advice were before the jury on an agreed basis and the decision to adduce the letters had been a tactical one by the defendant.
