[2013] EWCA Crim 2047

Following guilty pleas to a very serious robbery by two co-defendants, there could be no proper argument based on a disparity between the sentence of four years' imprisonment with an extended licence of four years imposed on the 26-year-old offender and the sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed on his 21-year-old co-defendant, since the judge had decided that the co-defendant did not qualify for the dangerousness provisions.
