Where there was no evidence before a jury to suggest the possibility that the Class C drug stanozolol in an offender's possession was originally manufactured as a medicinal product within the meaning of the Medicines Act 1968 s.130, the jury had been entitled to infer that the drug had started and continued life as a body building supplement.
