[2003] EWCA Crim 1145

Where the prosecution had disclosed evidence late but not deliberately or through misconduct there was no reason to adjourn the trial. There had been no unfairness in refusing to allow experts to consider the evidence as the evidence was not central to the prosecution's case it went to the overall picture, the conviction was therefore safe.
