A sentence of 12 years' imprisonment for being knowingly concerned with the unlawful importation of class A drugs was manifestly excessive where the appellant's co-accused, who was the primary offender, received a sentence of eight and a half years' imprisonment. A sentence of five years' imprisonment was substituted.
