R v SAJAD DIN (2011)

PUBLISHED April 13, 2011

[2011] EWCA Crim 1475

A recorder who granted an application to adjourn confiscation proceedings should have respected the decision previously made by the allocation judge refusing the application as there had been no change in circumstances. The allocation judge had acted within his discretion in refusing the application and the confiscation order he made was appropriate.
