[2009] EWCA Crim 2870

The Court of Appeal refused an application by the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office to have sight of its judgment allowing a defendant's appeal against the variation of a restraint order. The procedure set out for the obtaining of information from those subject to restraint orders had to be observed.
