[2001] EWCA Crim 2580

Where the judge had overemphasised the likelihood that the appellant had groomed the victim, sentences of three years for indecent assault on a female and 12 months concurrent for each of two offences of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 16 were quashed and substituted with terms of six months and 20 months respectively.
