[2013] EWCA Crim 383
A sentence of five-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed for robbery, where an offender and an accomplice ambushed a driver at night taking money and property, was excessive despite aggravating features including the offender's bad and relevant criminal record. A sentence of four-and-a-half years' imprisonment was appropriate.
