[2001] EWCA Crim 1586

In an unsuccessful appeal against conviction for conspiracy to corrupt where the circumstantial evidence against the appellant was compelling, there was no distinction between corruption in terms of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906 and corruption in the context of public bodies.
