[2012] EWCA Crim 1060

Where there was a discrepancy between the terms of a sexual offences prevention order a judge had announced in court and the order issued by the Crown Court Office, the appellant was subject to the order that the judge had announced in court. Consequently, the appellant's conviction for breaching a sexual offences prevention order was quashed as his conduct did not breach the terms of the order that the judge had made.
