[2007] EWCA Crim 2053

A judge had erred in his interpretation of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 s.111A by directing that it was an offence to fail to disclose a change in circumstance if it was capable of affecting a person's entitlement, whether or not the change made any difference to the amount a person could claim.
