When assessing whether a verdict was unsafe due to the fact that a court martial Board had reached it at the culmination of a long day, the issue was whether reasonable examination of the events of the day in their overall context, including the length of the sitting, led to the conclusion that unacceptable pressures on the jury had or could have been created.
