[2012] EWCA Crim 1432

A total sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment was appropriate in the case of an offender who had pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud and 33 counts of transferring criminal property. By means of one dishonest property transaction, the offender had effectively defrauded the complainant of £1.225 million.
