[2010] EWCA Crim 972

A conviction for robbery was unsafe where the primary identification evidence of a suspect with obvious tattoos on her neck was from a video identification parade conducted in breach of the relevant PACE code of practice and where the judge's direction to the jury on that evidence was inadequate.
