The principles enunciated in the case of R. v Flack (Michael James) [2008] EWCA Crim 204, [2008] 2 Cr. App. R. (S.) 70 were as applicable to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 s.1(3) as they were to s.3(1) of that Act.
