Where an offender had pleaded guilty, on two indictments, to offences of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, the judge had been right to pass consecutive sentences with a total term of eight years' imprisonment. The offender had organised a sale of drugs on a commercial scale with a role between leading and significant.
