[2010] EWCA Crim 357

Where a single woman had been robbed in her own home in the evening, dragged around the property, tied up face down on her bed, and threatened with violence and death, a sentence of imprisonment for public protection with a minimum term of four years was not manifestly excessive, given the very marked impact of the offence on the victim.
