Article 6(3)(d) European Convention on Human Rights was not intended to require co-conspirators, whose discussions had been overheard or intercepted, to be called as witnesses at trial for a fair trial to be achieved. Principles to be applied when considering issues under Art.6(3)(d) of the Convention were considered.
