[2009] EWCA Crim 484

Sentences of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment and four-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed on two offenders following their convictions for falsely imprisoning a prostitute were not manifestly excessive as they fell within the appropriate range of sentences for the offence.
