[2011] EWCA Crim 140

Where an offender had entered a guilty plea at the plea and case management hearing, he was entitled to a discount of one-third on his sentence, regardless of the seriousness of the offence. Credit for a guilty plea and at what stage the plea was tendered had to be a separate matter to the facts of the case, its seriousness and aggravating and mitigating features.
