It was appropriate to read the provisions in the Power of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 as to the minimum term for a third domestic burglary together with the very similar provisions in the Theft Act 1968 s.9 with the effect that s.111 applied to the wider definition of dwellings provided for in s.9(4) of the 1968 Act, which included narrowboats and caravans.
