A total sentence of two years' imprisonment for assisting another to retain the benefit of criminal conduct and obtaining services by deception was manifestly excessive given the offender's personal mitigation, and was reduced to 15 months' imprisonment. The lower sentence sufficiently represented her culpability in relation to the other co-accused.
