A sentence of 18 months' imprisonment for theft was not manifestly excessive where an offender had stolen personal financial information to order from her employer for the purpose of facilitating large-scale financial fraud, and the judge had made no error in balancing the responsibility, culpability and personal mitigation between co-defendants.
